Nursing Associate – Gretton Court

Gretton Court is a nursing home for 37 people who have varying degrees of physical and mental frailty, including dementia related illnesses.  The Nursing Associate is a non-clinical senior member of staff and is part of the caring team and as such works with all other staff to care for the residents in the home.

Salary: £10.92 per hour

Normal Working hours: 38.5 hours per week pro rata (over a seven day rota) plus overtime.  Time working in overtime will be paid at plain time.

 Home from Hospital Support Worker

The Bridge, Hartlepool

37.5 hours per week (MON- SUN 9AM-8PM), £9.03 per hour


This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed individual to support individuals over 65 to successfully return home following a stay in hospital and avoid any unnecessary readmission to hospital.

You will work closely with the discharge liaison team, health, social care colleagues and in consultation with patients to devise appropriate short term support plans that promotes independence and wellbeing.

-  Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable

- Full driving licence essential
