Set in the landscaped grounds of the beautiful Greatham estate, Stichell House is a modern residential home in an enviable location. We offer 35 en-suite bedrooms, in a purpose built, modern facility with outstanding levels of care.
Our Care Assistants play a critical part in delivering person-centred outcome-focussed care to maintain the health and wellbeing of our residents and empower them to have independence, autonomy, choice and control in their lives.
Location: Based at Stichell House, Greatham, Hartlepool
Hours: Full & Part Time positions available on a rota basis. Mondays to Sundays (including Bank Holidays).
Key Requirement: Part time positions are a minimum of 23 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Stichell House Residential Nursing Home in Hartlepool. You will work as part of our night team, providing physical and emotional care throughout the night

Location: Based at Stichell House, Greatham, Hartlepool
Hours: Average of 30 hours per week covering a rolling shift pattern. Mondays to Sundays (including Bank Holidays).
Key Requirement: Availability to work 22:00 to 08:00 shifts

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly skilled Assistant Director to join our charity. This role has been specifically created to play a key role in the charity’s organisational growth, modernisation and transformation.
With a focus on Land & Property, you will lead, shape and drive improvements in the charity’s strategic estate management strategy and oversee key developments and capital projects. You will also contribute significantly to the broader developments to position the charity with the right structures, ways of working and leadership to make the best use of its resources, its time, and its people.
We are looking for a strategic thinker, who can form strong, collaborative relationship while driving transformation. You will have a successful track record, with at least 7 years’ experience within a senior leadership position. Knowledge of charity governance is preferable but not essential. Commercial acumen and highly effective communication and interpersonal skills are also a must. We need someone who can balance an emotionally intelligent leadership style with integrity and professionalism and the focus to get the job done.
Location: Hybrid working with a base at the Estate Office (Greatham, Hartlepool), and regular travel to other charity properties in the North East.
