Current Vacancies

Cook (Temporary Cover)

36 hours per week (Monday–Sunday) on a rota basis

We are looking for a temporary Cook who thrives on making a real and positive difference to the lives of older people. We want someone who will help our residents enjoy every day by making sure they receive the quality nutritional experiences they deserve.

Set in the landscaped grounds of the beautiful Greatham estate, Stichell House is a modern purpose built 35 bed residential home in an enviable location.

  • Location: Based at Stichell House, Greatham, Hartlepool
  • Hours: 36 hours per week on a rota basis (Monday -Sunday)
  • Job Purpose: To coordinate all aspects of kitchen production so that food is prepared to the agreed standard and that time deadlines are met.
  • Salary: £12.18 per hours
  • Contract Period: Temporary cover (3 months initially but may be extended further)
